However, if you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian sign a notarized consent form and be present during piercing.   Notary services are provided at Liquid Graphics for your convenience.  If you are under 17, studio policy prohibits anyone in piercing room at time of piercing other than parent or legal guardian.
